I'm a mobile software engineer based in Madrid, working at eDreams. Previously, I worked at Liquid Squad, the app studio where IoT and mobile development are combined.UI/UX design is one of my passions, something I like to do in my free time since I found out about Sketch. Ask me, I'm always open to work on new projects.
eDreams
In 2019, I joined eDreams as an iOS software engineer to work on the Booking team, where we are working on new ways to make the flight booking experience more enjoyable and effective for our users. Did you know eDreams is the biggest flight booking app in Europe? Well, that's a lot of work that gave me the opportunity to build whole new areas of the app, help grow the team and take on some pretty big challenges to face the coronavirus pandemic impact on aviation.
Santander Mobile
For a long time, Santander had different mobile teams across its different markets resulting in apps with quite distinct experiences. In 2018, we set out to make a universal mobile experience where all apps shared the same UI/UX and interactions. I joined the company on the mobile architecture team where I worked on SDKs used by iOS teams in Spain, UK, Mexico and Brazil. The challenge of the project was to create a common UI/UX by developing UI components, taking into consideration that accessibility was a key part. The result is a product easier to use and more accessible to the user.
Mi Carrefour
While working at Liquid Squad I had the opportunity to join the initial team that built and shipped the first version of the Carrefour app. In 2018, Carrefour was looking to revamp its mobile experience and launch their first marketplace app. They contacted us at Liquid Squad and the rest is history. We set the foundations of what is now Spain's 7th biggest marketplace app. As a software engineer, I built end-to-end features like Carrefour Pay, contributed to the app's e-commerce area and advised on architectural decisions.
